This is the agreement you accept when you apply to the PAT Partner Programme. For an overview of the programme, see the PAT Partner Programme page.
The PAT Partner Programme is operated by MJC Training Ltd, through Martin Cole. In this agreement, “I” means Martin Cole acting on behalf of MJC Training Ltd, and “you” means the approved partner.
My aim is to help you introduce PAT for TradingView to people who may benefit from understanding the Market Maker Method. These terms explain how the programme works and the standards I ask partners to follow.
Every application is reviewed personally. Applying does not guarantee acceptance. You may promote yourself as an approved PAT partner only after receiving approval.
Participation does not automatically include a PAT subscription or complimentary indicator access.
You earn US$20 for each qualifying monthly subscription payment received from a customer attributed to you through the programme, including their first qualifying payment.
Commissions continue while that customer’s subscription remains active and qualifying payments are received, subject to these terms. No commission is earned on free access, unpaid subscriptions, failed payments, refunded payments or reversed transactions.
Use your personal referral link as supplied in your partner dashboard. Attribution is subject to the campaign’s published tracking period and rules. If you believe a referral has been missed, contact me with the relevant details so I can investigate.
Self-referrals, fabricated accounts and attempts to manipulate attribution or commissions are not permitted.
Commissions are calculated in US dollars and paid monthly in arrears through PayPal.
Each commission must be at least 30 days old and approved before it becomes eligible for payout. The minimum payout is US$100 in eligible commissions. Smaller balances carry forward until the threshold is reached.
You must provide accurate PayPal payment details and maintain an account capable of receiving payments. You are responsible for your own taxes and any receiving or currency-conversion charges applied by your payment provider.
Commissions relating to refunds, chargebacks, fraud or reversed payments may be withheld or cancelled. If already paid, the corresponding amount may be deducted from future commissions. Any adjustment will be explained on request.
Promote PAT accurately, fairly and in your own voice. Describe your actual experience and use current product information.
Do not make exaggerated, misleading or unsupported claims about PAT, trading results or partner earnings. This includes promises of guaranteed profits, guaranteed income, risk-free trading, specific returns or assured success.
Do not invent testimonials, misrepresent trading performance, present hypothetical results as actual results, or imply that PAT removes the possibility of trading losses.
Clearly disclose that you may receive a commission when recommending PAT. Make that disclosure easy to notice alongside the recommendation or referral link.
Spam, unsolicited bulk messages, fake reviews, impersonation, misleading advertising, hidden redirects, forced tracking and other deceptive practices are prohibited.
Do not imply that you are an employee of MJC Training Ltd or that you can make commitments on my behalf.
Use the supplied promotional resources for their intended purpose. Do not resell PAT, redistribute the indicator, share customer access or materially alter supplied materials in a way that changes their meaning.
Obtain my written approval before running paid advertising using PAT or Market Maker Method branding, registering related domains or social accounts, or offering unauthorised discounts or incentives.
If you are unsure whether a claim, promotion or marketing approach is acceptable, contact me before publishing it. Explain what you propose and obtain written approval. Silence does not constitute approval, and approval does not permit misleading or unlawful promotion.
FirstPromoter is used to administer referrals, commissions and payouts. Please keep your account details accurate and protect your login credentials.
Material changes to commission rates or programme terms will be communicated before taking effect. Changes will not retrospectively reduce valid commissions already earned. Any proposed change affecting future recurring commissions on existing referrals will be stated explicitly.
You may leave the programme by contacting me.
I may suspend or end participation for breaches of these terms, misleading promotion, fraud or other conduct that harms customers or the programme. You must stop presenting yourself as an approved partner when participation ends.
Valid commissions already earned remain payable, subject to the holding period and any justified adjustments. On final closure, an eligible balance below US$100 will also be paid once outstanding adjustments are resolved.
If participation ends without a breach, recurring commissions on previously accepted referrals will continue under these terms. If participation ends because of a breach, I will explain any effect on future commissions; valid commissions already earned will not be forfeited simply because participation has ended.
If anything is unclear, please ask before proceeding. I would rather discuss an idea with you beforehand than resolve a misunderstanding afterwards.
